How to receive money via cash pickup

Step 1. Prepare your reference number and a valid ID

* Reference Number: Ask your sender for the reference number for the transaction. This number is on the receipt and included in confirmation emails for online transfer.

* ID: You will need to bring a valid photo ID (passport, national ID or residence permit) and may also be asked to provide proof of your address.

Step 3. Complete a short receive form

Complete a Receive Form at the agent location using the Reference Number which you have been provided with, and hand the form to the MoneyGram agent along with your government issued ID.
