Q18. Why do we verify your identity?
In accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, autosend verifies the identity of customers by having them submit an official document listing their name, address, etc.

The purpose of this is to take appropriate measures against money laundering and terrorist financing by verifying the identity of all customers, as well as to cut off transactions with anti-social forces.
*Once you have completed the identity verification procedure, you will not need to go through it again unless there is a change in your nationality or name, or the expiration of your period of stay (for foreign nationals).
