For Japanese, the simplest and easiest way is to submit your My Number Card. If you can not submit your My Number Card, plese submit one of the documents related to My Number (either notification card or 'Juminhyo'(residence document) with your My Number printed) and one of the photo IDs.

For foreigners, please submit one of the documents related to your My Number (My Number Card, notification card, or 'Juminhyo' with your My Number printed) and either Residence Card or Special Permanent Residence Certificate.
