We check your deposit every 10 minutes between 9am and 7pm, and we check every 150 minutes after then.

If you have not received the deposit confirmation email after the above time has passed after making a deposit, please check the history inquiry page and contact us.

If you do not have a Japan Post Bank account and transfer cash to our Japan Post Bank account (regular payment) using a payment slip at a post office ATM or counter, it will take 2 to 3 business days for us to confirm the deposit.
If you do not have a Japan Post Bank account, please transfer by telegraph from a financial institution other than Japan Post Bank, or transfer to a PayPay bank account.
