Applications with a status of ""Awaiting Payment"" can be cancelled without any fee.

However, for applications after the ""Payment Confirmed"" status, we will charge the remittance fee as a cancellation fee.
As a general rule, applications with the ""Processing Order"" or ""Order Processed"" status cannot be canceled.

We will deposit the amount of the payment minus the bank transfer fee and cancellation fee as your refundable amount.
