Q63. Can I change my recipient after order has been processed?
If there was a spelling mistake in the beneficiary's name, then you can ask us to change.
In such case, please contact us.

But, if you need to completely change the beneficiary, and the transaction has not been completed or collected then it can be cancelled, however the service fee will not be refunded back.
