Q81. I would like to cancel my autosend membership.
After logging in, you can complete the procedure by going to ""My Page >Member Information"" and clicking 'Deactivate' button.

*You cannot cancel your membership if you have ongoing transactions or funds to be refunded.

Also, if you rejoin after canceling your membership, you will not be able to use the membership ID you used before canceling.
*Please note that we will store your information for seven years in accordance with the law.
