You can either choose eKYC, the fastest and easiest way, or upload your IDs and have a video call.
With eKYC, you will be asked to take few photos of your IDs and a video of yourself holding your ID.
If you find difficulties with eKYC you can upload your IDs and have a video call with one of our operators.
3. eKYC / Upload & Video Call
ID Verification via eKYC
First login and visit the this page and scan the QR Code shown.
Tap on the link shown on your camera app and follow the instructions shown on the page.
Once you have finished the process please allow some time to verify your IDs before we activate your account.
ID Verification via Upload & Video Call
First login and visit the ID upload page.
Once you have selected your IDs to be uploaded, you can press 'Upload' and proceed to Video call.
We support English and Japanese for video calls. Please choose your language and press the 'Call me' button to initiate your call.
* Note that video call is provided only during 9 to 18 on Japanese working days.
ID Verification Documents for Japanese nationalities
Identification documents are documents used to prove that you are the person registering as a member.
You can simply upload your My Number card (Method 1) or upload 2 different documents (Method 2)
Method 1. Upload your My Number card
If you are a Japanese national, you can submit only your My Number card to complete the identity verification procedure.

If you are a foreign resident in Japan, please submit both My Number related documents and residence card or permanent resident certificate as identity verification documents.

ID Verification Documents for foreign non-residents (w/o My Number)
Foreign nationals who do not have an My Number are required to submit the following documents so that they do not need to submit documents related to My Number.
