What is Autosend ATM Card

Autosend ATM card is a simple and convenient way of remitting money to the pre-registered beneficiary simply depositing money at Lawson Bank ATM, without needing a Japanese bank account.

How is it useful?

Just imagine the art of 13,500 deposit locations within Japan linked to 340,000 payment locations overseas.

At autosend, we believe sending money should be more affordable, accessible, or even enjoyable. There is a network of 13,500 ATMs spread throughout Japan, literally making remittance available from any street. By depositing into your Card, an order will be automatically created for your registered beneficiary and processed.

* A single designated beneficiary is registered for each card. (We issue only one autosend ATM Card to our member)

* You can deposit money at any Lawson Bank ATM.

* Payment can only be made in yen bills.

  1. 1Apply autosend ATM Card

    Register your beneficiary information, purpose of remittance, etc. and apply for a card. It can be done from "autosend ATM Card Application" menu on the member's My Page.

  2. 2After you get your autosend ATM Card

    When the Card arrives, please confirm that the card number, delivery method, currency, and the beneficiary's name printed on the letter are correct.

    autosend will mail you autosend ATM Card.
  3. 3Please deposit the desired remittance amount

    The amount after deducting the remittance fee and Lawson ATM deposit fee will be remitted.

Requirements

The use of Lawson Card is limited to those who have registered as an autosend member by completing our ID verification process.

Restrictions

  • 1) Purpose of remittance is limited to living expenses, savings and others specified by our company.
  • 2) Remittance amount for one remittance is limited to a maximum of ¥500,000 and a minimum remittance amount of ¥1,000.
  • 3) The annual remittance amount is limited to ¥3,600,000.
    * If the annual remittance amount exceeds ¥3,600,000, we will contact you to ask your proof of income and the purpose of remittance.
